FOUNDATION 01 | Atmosphere
€460.00

Foundation 01 gives you a clear, calm direction for how your room should feel and read, expressed through paint colour relationships, light behaviour, and finish choices. You receive an exact paint plan you can act on with confidence, without spiralling in samples.

  • This Foundation package gives you a clear colour and material direction for your space, so you can make decisions with confidence. It is delivered remotely and focuses on atmosphere, palette logic, and material cohesion, not floor plans, shopping lists, or technical drawings. The goal is to create a grounded design direction you can follow, whether you implement it yourself or use it to brief others.

    • A Design Direction Preview with two distinct directions (Option A and Option B)

    • A curated palette logic (base, mid, accent roles)

    • Material language direction (surfaces, textiles, wood tones, metals)

    • Light behaviour guidance (how light affects colour and material choices)

    • The final Studio Project Folder with your chosen direction refined and consolidated

    • One final adjustment window after delivery (see Revision policy)

    • You feel stuck, overstimulated, or unsure what suits your home

    • Your choices feel inconsistent or hard to trust

    • You want direction before paint, furniture, or decor decisions

    • You care about atmosphere, materials, and how light changes the space

    • You want a structured process with clear boundaries

    • Layout planning, zoning, or furniture placement logic

    • Construction documentation, approvals, or technical drawings

    • Full sourcing and purchasing management

    • Contractor coordination or on-site work

    • Unlimited concept exploration

  • Step 1 | Purchase and payment

You secure your place in the studio queue by purchasing this Foundation.

Step 2 | Onboarding and intake (Paperform)

After purchase, you receive an onboarding email with a Paperform intake form.
The intake is required so the studio can begin.

    The intake asks for:

    • Basic project details and your main challenge

    • Photos in natural light (and evening light if possible)

    • Notes about how the space is used, and what feels unresolved

    • Any constraints (must-keep items, dislikes, timeline)

Important: The project timeline begins when your Paperform intake is submitted and confirmed complete.

Step 3 | Studio analysis and Design Direction Preview

Within 5 working days from confirmed intake, you receive your Design Direction Preview, including two directions: Option A and Option B.

Behind the scenes, the studio runs an internal clarity process (StudioRituals™) to translate your inputs into design language. Client-facing output remains practical and decision-useful.

Step 4 | Your decision window (10 days)

You choose Option A or Option B and reply by email within 10 days.

If you do not reply within 10 days, the studio will proceed with the most aligned direction based on your intake and the work completed so far, to protect momentum and delivery.

Step 5 | Final delivery: Studio Project Folder

After your decision email is received, delivery of the final Studio Project Folder is typically 10 working days.

The Studio Project Folder consolidates the chosen direction into a coherent, usable system you can implement and reference.

Step 6 | Final adjustment window (10 days)

After final delivery, you have 10 days to request one final adjustment round.

  • Included: One final adjustment round after the Studio Project Folder is delivered.
You send one consolidated message with adjustments within 10 days of delivery. The studio returns one refined update.

Not included: New concept directions, a third option, or full rework outside the chosen direction.

    • Communication is handled by email for clarity and recordkeeping.

    • This Foundation is design direction, not a technical specification service.

    • If key inputs are missing, the studio may request one short clarification before beginning.

  • You will receive:

    1. Order confirmation

    2. Onboarding email with your Paperform intake link

    3. Your delivery schedule begins once intake is complete

Frequently asked questions about FOUNDATION 01 | Atmosphere

  • It can set a strong direction for the overall feel, but it does not replace a room-by-room plan. Many clients use it as the foundation, then implement gradually or add a follow-up Foundation for structure or visualisation.

  • Basic information helps, but full measured drawings are not required. Clear photos, light conditions, and how you use the space matter most here.

  • You will receive a clear direction and guidance for choosing well, but this Foundation is not a procurement service. Exact product selection can be handled later as a separate scope.

  • This Foundation is designed for one primary space or a tightly connected zone. If you want a whole-home palette direction, the scope can be expanded with clear boundaries.

  • No. If layout is part of the problem, FOUNDATION 02 | Flow is the right next step.

If you are unsure where to start, send a short note and we will point you to the right direction.
