The process (plain terms)
Step 1 | Purchase
You secure your place in the studio queue by purchasing Foundation 03.
Step 2 | Intake (Paperform)
After purchase, you receive an onboarding email with a Paperform intake form.
The project timeline starts when your intake is submitted and confirmed complete.
You’ll provide:
Room basics + your main challenge
Photos in daylight (and evening if possible)
Rough dimensions (the studio will confirm if anything more is needed)
Must-keep items, dislikes, and practical constraints
Step 3 | Preview delivery (5 working days)
Within 5 working days from confirmed intake, you receive your Design Direction Preview with two directions.
Step 4 | Your choice (10 days)
You choose one direction and reply by email within 10 days.
If we don’t hear back, the studio proceeds with the most aligned direction based on your intake to protect delivery momentum.
Step 5 | Final delivery (10 working days)
Within 10 working days after your decision email, you receive the Studio Project Folder (final consolidated direction + visuals).
Step 6 | Final adjustment window (10 days)
After delivery, you have 10 days to request one adjustment round.
Timeline summary (working days)
Preview: 5 working days after confirmed intake
Decision window: up to 10 days (project pauses while waiting)
Final folder: 10 working days after your decision reply

Revision policy
Included: One adjustment round after the Studio Project Folder is delivered.
You send one consolidated message within 10 days, and the studio returns one refined update.
Not included: a third concept, a new direction, or a full restart outside the chosen direction.
Communication and boundaries
Communication happens by email for clarity and record-keeping.
Foundation 03 is visual direction, not a technical documentation service.
If key inputs are missing, the studio may ask one short clarification before work begins.
